Revised admission criteria wef 1.1.2013 :

1. Admission Age    : 3-6 m 
(Can be relaxed upto the age group of 1.5 years in deserving cases as per discretion of creche and subject to availability of vacancy)
2. Admission Fee    : 7.5 k  
3. Monthly Fee       : 7.5 k*

* Fee is fixed by creche at the time of admission. Mere fulfilling eligibility will not guarantee the admission.
# Parents are expected to provide original and attested copy of documents and authentic information about them which can be verified by the creche before admission.

Procedure adopted for Admission:  

1.  Admission are considered only when we find all of the following conditions complied:-

       (a) Parents send an online application
       (b) parents provide their Identity proof as and when sought
       (c) Parents submit originals and provide correct and  verifiable information and complete other formalities.
       (d) There is a vacancy to accommodate new child

2.  Parents are required to Check eligibility,FAQs and fee structure detailed in the website and fill online form (click here)
(Only those parents whose children are eligible for admission will be called subject to vacancy/ and appointment. Waiting period 10- 45 days. Please note that appointment are scheduled in a manner that existing creche children are not disturbed)
3. After receipt of online requests a copy of Family photograph, Identity proof and date of Birth proof of child will be sought from eligible parents through email. Original Passport of parents, office Identity Card and original Date of Birth Proof of children will be required during visit. The originals will be verified before visit to creche.Only verified Mother and father will be allowed the creche visit.

4.  Appeal: If you have visited our complete website, submitted online application form and your date of resumption to job is very close but you have not got a appointment you can directly contact to our creche manager at this link. 

 5. Average number of babies present in in creche during one day, between Jan-March 2013 remained  at Six. We enjoyed to give love to those present. Parents also preferred the place being less congested. Our admission policy and Fee structure helped us in maintaining the class size. During last 6 months we allowed only 20 % appointment requests and allowed one admission.





Admission FAQs/Standard response sheet

Question:  My baby is of 2 years. Will you give him admission.
Answer:    No, sorry. We keep children below 2 year age only. Presently we can not consider your request. We are trying to make average age of baby group less so that they can play freely an safely. Children of age group 2-3 year have different requirement and activity level. However you are free to make online request for appointment.


Question: I want admission from tomorrow and want to visit creche today.

Answer: We do not have any vacancy for immediate admission. For admission you have to first submit a online request. You can not visit our creche without appointment. For safety and uninterrupted care of small children we allow visitor appointment only when children leave the place; on working days after 9.00 PM and on holidays, that too subject to authenticity of information, availability of time and vacancy.

Question. I want to see the creche only for 2 minutes 
Answer:    Sorry. We do not have any such provision except the appointment  for deserving parents scheduled as above.


Question: Why your admission formalities are so complex. Are you egoistic ?

Answer:   We aim towards safety and care of the children. For that we have system of controlled access and allowing only limited number of applicants. For educated working class and professionals our system ensures lesser disturbance for their baby at creche. Limited access also keeps business offers/unwanted visitors away. However the parents who want admission of their child in creche are allowed limited access subject to appointment and vacancy. 

Question:  Will you keep my baby from 7 AM to 11 PM.

Answer: Sorry, presently we can not accommodate the child for such long timing because we have already 2 babies of the extended timing and we can not accommodate more.

Question: Do you provide play group/play school facility also?
Answer: Sorry, presently we do not have play arrangement since we are having group of children between 3 months-2 years.


Question: My child has started going school. Will you pick him from the school/Bus dropping point.
Answer: Sorry, Due to safety and Manpower reasons presently we are taking admission of only those children whose parents(or their transport agency) can themselves pick and drop to/from creche.


Question: Do you provide any assistance in getting MCD Birth certificate.
Answer: Sorry, No. Please contact relevant Govt authorities/Hospital in this regard.


Question: I am living in Sector-62.  I have gone through your website and I want to admit my child in Om Sai Creche but due to distance I am not able to do it. Do you have any other branch in Noida/ Can you recommend a good creche in noida.
Answer: Sorry, we do not have any other branch. We do not recommend for any creche . We advise to search in your area/search website/friends/colleagues for locating nearby creche. 


Question: My baby is one year old and I live in Malviya Nagar and want to visit your creche tomorrow.
Answer: Our creche in located in Vasundhara Enclave and appx 20 kms from Malviya Nagar and it is practically not possible to pick/drop child from such a great distance. So we request you to look for a creche near your office/residence.


Question: Please tell fee for the stay 9 AM to  9PM.
Answer:  Please visit Fee page of our website. Average fee is 7500. Fee is fixed by the creche after admission appointment and as such is not negotiable.






( Note    :  We are not very big institution and admit limited number of children. All parents are advised to  submit online request of appointment before visit. As a safety measure we disallow entry of parents (new parents) who come to creche for admission without prior appointment .   We  request all parents to follow the instructions for a visit as given in the website carefully. )

If you are a expecting a baby ; and planning creche/day care for him/her in advance; you can apply to Om Sai Creche for advance antenatal registration for creche facility. Buzz.... Preferred age group for admission is 3-6 month age.  

Buzz.... Many time parents visiting first time without any appointment say that disallowing all visitor is unfair and display of ego. Thanks to this policy that we could admit only few children but simultaneously we apologise parents for the inconvenience. Unlike other popular and densely packed creche we admit only few children. We have now three Baby girls.

Buzz.... For the safety of child, to prevent falling, we advise all parents to make Sleeping arrangements of Baby on the floor.

Buzz.... Few parents themselves get the timings and fee increased at their own.

Buzz.... On Sunday  19.8.2012 Mr Sharma suddenly reached Om Sai Creche for admission of his 1.5 year old child in the creche. Since parent came without any prior appointment we could not attend him, since we were busy with other children..................................Buzz...

Although we have children coming from sectors as far as sector 56 Noida and Sector 82/ 105 Noida, yet we request parents to admit their child in nearby creche to have minimal travel stress, For this reason we have diverted many such requests from Sector 127, 125 and 135 of Noida to respective nearby areas .........Buzz

For admission age of child should be more than 3 months  but less than 6 months. Age will be determined on basis of date of Birth certificate issued by the State Govt./Municipal Authorities. 

Parents who can pick/drop their child themselves, safely in car/any other mode of transport should apply for admission.


Admission Fee(non refundable) Rs. 7500 is required to be deposited with the advance monthly fee of Rs. 7500(Variable).  Fee for meals and Massage/Bath is apart from the creche fee. Fee is to be deposited for annual basis. For administrative reasons we are not able to keep baby for shorter spells. 

We do not offer Play way/educational assistance facility for children. 


We receive requests from parents with children of age 3 month, 3 and half month, 4 months, 5 month, 6 month, 7 month,  8 month, 9 month, 10 month, 11 months, 12 months/ till the time they start going to play school but we take admission at younger age group of less than 6 months. Admission is given to the child on priority of completing admission formalities, subject to vacancy.  Advance registration can be made for the admissions in 2013 now through online booking.

Motherhood is a beautiful experience in life of a lady. We congratulate all our brother and sisters on becoming mother and father. Motherhood comes with many challenges, one of these is to make a balance between childcare, family and work. We try to ensure that all mothers get a smooth switch over and resume to their work after childbirth and as far as practically possible our facilities match the needs of parents.

There are many creche/day care in Delhi and NCR area. There is no Govt registration or approval of  creche and daycare centres required in Delhi/ Noida or Gurgaon. We assure motherly care of infants and kids.

We have optimum caretaker ratio.

Our objective is to provide safe and secure homely environment so as to provide optimal care of children and a tension-free working atmosphere for parents.

Om Sai Creche has a simple  setup with service motive. We do not run on corporate/ franchisee pattern. We believe to nurture child with love, love and love with divine blessings and motherly care.

Our website was visited as many as 18000 times during last year and emerged as one of the most preferred resource centre for parents.

Parents of our loved children had a working association with TCS, Technip, The American Library, HDFC Bank, HSBC, ST Micro electronics, Global Logic,  Tata Group, Wipro, 197 Communications, Govt of India(Ministry of Home Affairs), Starex International School, Sahara India, NIIT, Exotic decor, Metlife, Taurus Mutual Fund, Jubilant, NTPC etc.( We do not have any corporate tie up with any of the referred companies). We hope that in future we may serve executive and managers of top notch IT & software companies like TCS, Dell, HCL, GAIL, SAIL, BSNL, Airtel, Idea Cellular,Vodafone and other navratna/listed companies.  

We have children from Mayur Vihar Phase-I, III,Vasundhara Enclave as well Noida with parents themselves arranging transport.

We clarify the doubts from the mind of parents that we never use any sleeping medicine. This can be checked easily anytime by the surprise visits by parents and usual pattern on the sleep cycle. Our rescue is Bhajans and Loris.


2. ADMISSION RULES AND PROCEDURE



We have limited seats and as on date we have no vacancy. However, for making admission request for future vacancy in Om Sai Creche, parents are required to submit  online request .(Click here). After submission of online request we check out the vacancy availability for that particular age group during the future dates and working hours of parents and subject to vacancy we contact parents for scheduling visit and further admission formalities. 

Appointment is generally given (subject to vacancy/availability of time and at the discretion of Creche ) for evening(during working day) and for Day time (during Sunday). During visit parents get opportunity to interact with methodology/rules of creche. New admission is always considered from the Sunday / Holiday(Gradually starting with 1-2 hours/ day) so that the child is well adjusted for full day stay.

For safety reasons of children, we do not allow free short duration trials. 

In case admission is allowed, following documents are required:-
       1. Complete admission form duly signed
         2. Photo of child, father and mother
        3.  Birth Certificate of child
        4. Identity Proof of Parents
        5. Address  proof of parents
        6. One time Admission fee(non refundable)- Cash
        7. Creche Fee for One Month in advance- Cash and subsequenly every first of month.

We are happy to accept fee from parents; if children are smiling and parents are satisfied.

During short duration leave, Summer/winter vacation; intermittant breaks; full fee is required to be deposited so that continuance of experienced caretaker can be ensured.

In circumstances where parents seeks withdrawl of admission, fee deposited by parents is refunded after deducting the weeks completed. In case parents seek re-admission of child in creche within a year of withdrawal of admission, full fee from the date of withdrawal of admission to date of new admission will be payable before consideration of such request, besides re-admission charges.
Parents are requested to get all their queries settled on visit and make their mind and all options explored before formal admission.

3. SERVICE PARAMETERS

                         COMFORT ZONE OF CHILDREN


Every child has its own comfort zone. We try to adjust ourself as per the comfort zone of the children so that child adjust early.

EXTENDED NIGHT STAY
During 2011 we kept children upto 9.00 PM( 20 occassions) and upto 10.30 PM (on one occassion) when parents got stuck in emergent situations. Till the time of stay children were provided meals and every care they needed.

In the year 2012 till date we felt happy to keep children upto 8.30 PM( 120 occasions), upto 9.45(130 occasions ) and upto 10.00 PM( on one occasion) and upto 11.55 PM (on one occasion) .

Whenever the parents working time was extended higher fee was taken from them.

EXTENDED FAMILY
Parents feel at home when they come to creche. In 2012 three families shared the Birthday celebration of their child at creche and distributed gifts, fancy caps and toys.

NUMBER OF CRECHE HOLIDAYS
In order to serve professionals having varied working hours; we observed limited number of Holidays. For other days we were always open.
IMPROVEMENT IN CHILD BEHAVIOUR

As reported by parents, remarkable improvement in child speech,toilet habbits, Vocabulary, diet, sleep cycle and behaviour was observed in Four(One girl and 3 boys) children.  Almost all children developed habbit of  taking Fruits and most of them left bottle feeding and learned taking meals at their own, in group.

PARENTS RELATED INFORMATION

We take minimal information in online application for appointment. After admission detailed information is taken. The information pertaining to parents is not shared to anybody else. We respect individual privacy of all visitor and callers.
DIET SCHEDULE AND MEALS RELATED INFORMATION

At the time of admission we ask parents about the diet being given to them, schedule and favorite food. We provide all meals. Parents need not to worry about the diet once child is with us. Despite this, as a token of love some parents send some fruits,favourite candy or gifts for children on the Birthday or on the eve of festivals.  As a occasional practice this is allowed.  

SURPRISE VISIT BY PARENTS
We are always open for surprise visit by parents whose children are inside the creche.(In 2011 parents made 126 surprise visits. In 2012 surprise visit were 256 ). 


Surprise Visit mean the day when any parent reaches creche suddenly, at any time before the scheduled routine timing.

Entry of outsiders(or new parents seeking admission) in the creche without confirmed appointment & subsequent verification is restricted. On the date of scheduled visits new parents are expected to carry valid Identity proof. We sincerely apologize  if in past we have not attended any parent who has come for a admission enquiry without appointment.



REDUCED SICK LEAVE FOR PARENTS
Children specially infants are prone to infections and fell ill more often than adults. We ensured that parents are not required to take sick leave for minor ailments and are provided periodic medication as prescribed by the doctor.

The following adult/child ratios are recommended by various international standardization organizations :
       0-1 year-   1:3   
       1-2 years - 1:5  
       2-3 years - 1:6  
       3-6 years - 1:8

As and when the ratio goes down below the standard recommended ratio we keep additional experienced manpower.

SAFETY AND SECURITY CONCERN OF BABY GIRLS

We take adequate safety measures for the Baby girls. Only female staffers are there inside the Creche premises and entry of outsiders is totally prohibited.

HYGIENE AND SANITATION OF CHILDREN

For a healthy child, sanitation and hygiene are the foundation. We keep our premises clean and sanitized at regular intervals. The clothes are changed regularly. We  advice parents to send the children in clean and neat dress with extra 2-3 pair of clothes.
FRESH MEALS TO KEEP BABY ACTIVE AND GROW FAST

We ensure that whatever we give to child as diet should be fresh, nutritive and in clean bottle/dish.  We discard stale diet, leftover milk in bottles, stale and smelling fruits to waste bins for ensuring health of children. We charge crèche fee separate from the meal charges so that we can provide nutritious and hygienic meals to children on cost basis. We keep on revising the meal charges on basis of the actual prices of raw material/fruits/milks etc. Due to the above system most of the parents ask us for providing the meals.

DOCUMENTATION AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

For the benefit of parents and to establish a communication system with parents we ask some identity and address documents alongwith the photograph of the child. We hope that parents share their latest contact no., family doctor no. and emergency number informed to the crèche. We request parents to minimise contact points of the child with outsiders. Parents are required to drop their child to the Creche either themselves or a authorised person. For school going children Van/cab driver may be asked to drop the children inside the security area.
